Guitar Technique Subcribers?

Hi all,

didnt know where this topic would go but thought i try it here,

a few months ago i subscribed to the magazone guitar techniques and i have been having problems with magazines not coming in at all and only after i have prompted them did they take action.

to make things worse i have not received last months and this months issue forcing me to give them a call IN UK!

this isnt a rant or complain but just thought i ask if there are people here in soft.com.sg who are experiencing the same problems with guitar techniques?

I totally understand your frustrations as I have the same problem with Guitarist magazine. Is it through MyFavouriteMagazines ?
Just email them about your complaint and they should push your subscription expiry further (if you have purchased through local news stands)
Their latest excuse is that they are having postal strikes in the UK. But I think their local delivery agent is just incompetent.

Conclusion: we are better off buying from local news stands.

hmm what do you mean by pushing it back? you mean i can extend it as compensation?

yeah i did email them like 3 to 4 times already plus i called them twice. do you think it could be a case of our local postage office screwing up? if so which one is it because i called singpost and they claimed not to be handling it.

well you know i think its cheaper to subscribe still though, i dont mind the wait, its more of the trouble i have to go through to tell them i'm missing an issue and them not getting back to me, thats the problem
