Guitar shop at Sim lim

Hi, anyone know which level this shop is at? And what its name is? Went round and round simlim but can't find it...

its a shop that sells 2-3guitars and few keyborads with lots of cables and hardware i think...

its at the ground floor...

esden trading? They sell more audio equipment (Kustom amps etc) though.

Esden's also the dealer for Mesa Boogie amps, though they'll cost a bomb serious GAS for a Mark IV, but the price just kills man )

There's Hung brothers on the 3rd floor. They sell cables, mics, preamps, stuff like that. And Pro Co Rat series.

There's also a shop on the ground floor selling some berhinger stuff I think.

But no shop with guitars on display I think.

eh. I went there years ago. haha, I thought it was gone cuz I saw the 1st floor shop closed. the shop keeper was kind of good... shared some tips with me.

Oh yeah the new shop is spacious now.Raymond is a nice chap actually.I think u need to know how to break the ice.Sometimes he can be forgetful lad.

Went there just now, manage to find the shop n got what i wanted. He was ranting to his friend about some politics stuff but immediately became friendly when i talked to him. Was very nice to deal with IMO. And he's brought in cheap pedal effects bag, at $35, for those looking for one. Similar to the EHX ones....

raymond is a nice guy..you just have to talk to him the right way. if you had hordes of dumb kids coming in all the time asking to try out a dual rec when they obviously cant afford it you'd get irritated after awhile.
dont forget he did the scene here a favor by bringing in the mesa boogies and a couple of USA BC Riches...if i'm not wrong he sold them either at cost or close to that.
does anyone know the exact floor/unit number of the shop? i always have a massive problem finding it in the sim lim maze...
