guitar PICKS??????

Yeah, I had the same problem hunting down Jazz 3...bus & MRT fare already cost more than the pick. What's left in Swee Lee are only the Jazz 1 & 2, and I need the Jazz 3 for some testing. Incidentally, Awe-In-One just came up with her version of Jazz 3 and they are now selling at Guitar 77 (Excelsior Hotel basement) and Novelty Bookstore (Parklane Shopping Mall Basement -Selegie Rd). Price is around 80 to 90cts.

hey guys. i happened to have a dream about someone playing the elec guitar. This guy threaded a string through his pick, tied a loose loop around his thumb, such that when he strummed he used the pick, and when he felt like it he changed to finger picking by flcking the pick backwards, and interchanging these styles he created the impossible.

Is it possible?

Hi Mack, You are probably a creative person who just couldn't find the time to convert good ideas into reality, hence your subconscious mind only gets to work when you rest .. Before I stray off-topic, there are 2 types of picks that I know so far. 1 is quite low tech; somewhat like a pick that straps out with a hole for the index finger to go through for more secured holding. Imagine holding a key with the index finger through the key-chain ring. Can't show you pictures because I don't see the website anymore. The other one is very high tech. The pick is even wired to electronic gadgets for a spectrum of sounds. Can check it out here
