how much they cost ar? i broke mine juz now, trying to bend it so that it will hold the cable in place, anw b4 any1 blasts me on juz going down to davis or sumthin and pick it up, i can't coz i'm grounded, thanx

Input, output, Just the hole in the guitar where u plug it in lol. Well, I'll see if i can find any replacement jacks... Don't even know how one looks like.

OKOK very simple

If I am not mistaken(as i often am) the type of jack determines the cost. If you go for a high end jack(Shielded) chances are tha you will not find it at sim lim (try the amp shops at burlington square or guitar shops). I have bought jacks from sim lim before and hey are relatively cheap($2.50 i think)

Why don`t you tell us your guitar model and i will try to think of an answer.

there something about jacks not sure if u guys know, certain jacks can't be plug into certain gear... let be explain....

if u look carefully at the jacks, u will see black(need not be black also) colour lines.... normally we uses a one "black line" cable. Comercial hardware shops also sells jacks with 2 black lines which can't be use on certain of your gear, so be careful when you choose your jacks. Best is to buy the one black lines ones.....

Example; i bought a 2 black lines jack, i use it on my cables, the jack can only be plug from my guitar to my effects & not the other way round... because my effects cannot use the "2 black lines" jack.....

Actually what u have bought is a stereo jack. You hv to get a mono one, That will solve your problem. That is the one with one band. Hope that helps.
