Guitar doesn't produce any sound!

What are the possible problems that my guitar has? It doesn't produce any souind when being strummed upon-.- I don't think its the cables. I tried them on another guitar and it still works.

based on wat u described, it sounded similar to my experience with my Tele once. It was bad socket connection on the guitar end ( I also had another problem with the amp end !! wat luck ??) Aniwae, if you are the handy type (like me , just open up the back and press the piece that come into contact wif the tip of the cable jack. Normally, this is the part that "opens up" and causing bad contact. Cheers......
