Great Movies: have u seen them??

Seen any good movies lately? these are my HIGHLY recommendations thou they are not box office hits (but who cares):

1) Spartan (not meet the Spartan, not an epic): it tells abt an abducted politician’s daughter & a 1 man (Spartan) army
2) MindHunters (another movie by Vil Kilmer): an FBI training gone wrong
3) Identity (guess the killer before everybody dies)
4) Cry Wolf (another guess the killer before everybody “dies”)
5) Criminal (watch how everybody cons 1 another)
6) Manchurian Candidate (nothing to do with Manchuria-clever political thriller)
7) Breakaway (watch Dean Cain do a Die Hard like Bruce Willis)

Know when u have watched a good movie: u didn’t press the FF button.. guess I’m a sucker when it comes to clever scripts & unique stories.
 
Well recent ones i've watched and found it good (i usually rate by Plot/Acting -> overall satisfaction)

1) 10 000 BC 4/5 (Great Movie but originality may have lacked a little)
2) Cloverfield 3.5/5 (nice attempt on a different style of movie viewing, plot was lacking
3) The Eye 4/5
4) Across the Universe 4/5

My all time favorites

1) Starwars Trilogy 5/5! (call me biased but i hell sure loved it)
2) Saving Private Ryan 4.5/5 (my all time favorite WWII movie)
3) Batman Begins 4/5 (Could have had more fightin scenes, the dark setting was great)
4) Lotr Trilogy 4.5/5 (Hate the parts of sam and frodo =/ )
5) School of Rock 4.5/5 (what can i say.. great movie)

UPCOMING Movies i recommend
1) Batman : Dark Knight (starts off where Batman Begins left off, Batman faces with arch enemy Joker, must catch for all die hard fans!)
2) Ironman (for all action/marvel fans out there, dont miss it!)
3) Bucket List (Movie bout 2 cancer patients desiring to live life to the fullest before they kick the bucket, starring Jack Nicolson & Morgan Freeman)

Same man!!! Watched Oceans and LOTR for too many times to remember..
And Tenacious D is.. Err.. Lol? I like the guitar slide part and the song Classico! But mostly its wtf..

This was one movie poster I saw when I was a kid n to this day, tat image still lingers in my mind. The movie was awesome :) Good to get the DVD for it, u get to watch deleted scenes that never made the cut.
 
OH YES, Eurotrip! I'd watched that movie with my best friend many many times. And it's still funny. Now I'm trying to watch it with my girlfriend. Heh.

Batman Begins, Mystic River, Saving Private Ryan, Flags Of Our Father, Scary Movie 1 & 3, National Treasure, E.T. and Titanic are few of the movies which I think are good and have caught my eyes.

I personally like Saving Private Ryan a lot. I cried the very first time I watched it.
