Good guitar custom shops?

im planning to add a middle pickup on my us tele, which requires routing the body and rewiring. Can u guys recommend me a proffessional shop that does that kinda stuff well? I need someone whos experienced in modifying guitars as i dont wana put my guitar in the wrong hands... after all its an american fender

Converting you Tele to a Nashville is awesome, but would you consider getting an actual Nashville or just a plain ol' Strat? There's also the Tele Stealth to consider.

Although I would personally get a Strat for Strat's sake and a Tele a Tele, as well as a Tele Nashville for Tele Nashville, just laying down more options for you.
