Godin LG-P90 - what do you think?

long time no come here. so not sure if this is the section to put.

anyway, has anybody have their hands on godin guitars or own it?

i saw this one (http://www.godinguitars.com/godinlgp90flamep.htm) at a shop sorta opposite swee lee bras basah (beside the boutique guitar/pedals shop), but without the flame maple top.

the guitar itself do fits the specs i wanted (mahogany, seymour duncan p90s!), but it's priced at 1000-1100 (not inc 10% discount). worth it or not? i do like the sound of it, but that isnt justifiable enough for me (plus the uncle there give a very short time to play). so based on any of you guys' experience, what do y'all think?

If you like it, get it. Godins are good quality stuff...

I played one LG-90 before. It was nice.

its nice, a decent feel but it doesn't give you the real gibson sg/lp jr with p90 sound if that's what you're really after.

godin makes fantastic guitars anyway; however do note that the one on sale at ranking is the older model, and not the new version of that. plus, a gibson sg jr can be found for around 1k used so that might influence your decision ?
