Gibson LP values HELP!!

hi guys.

i was wondering how valuable are lespaul STUDIOS made in the 93s or even before that compared to the ones made now.

i only know that the 93s and before come with ebony fretboards which u get only get in gibby customs now and that the wood in the 93s are better than the studios now..

what other special qualities do the 93s possess OR are they just the same as those made now?

value wise its the same as current LP studios, cos '93 studios arent exactly collectible.
also the ebony in LP Studios are Grade C (according to gibson literature at that time) compared to of cos the Grade A on the LP Customs.
and you can still get ebony on the white LP Studio.

prices for LP studios are same for any year since it's manufacture in 1983. there is no vintage value in it. or at least not yet.

the way the Studios are marked by the manufacturer, vintage value isn't to be associated with these models. the ones fetching more $$$ would be collectibles but it would bring in a fortune...
