oh come on man guys.... its kinda obvious ain't it? its the policeman'sleft hand.... he had a white glove on... the kind that the TP wears..... no ghost whatsoever..... :lol:

the camera shifted before the hand came down.... and the glove is huge.... it doesn't have finger's like normal gloves... its like a baking glove.... the thumb in one part of the golve, and 4 fingers together in another part....
and this glove come all the down to yourforearm, almost at the elbow.... watch it again... you'll definately see what i mean soon....

After watching it over and over again...it is defintely the guy's glove...if you guys would see the "legs" of the "ghost", it has an angle like a guy holding up his arm, if you would imagine.
