Gear in the US

Hi, will be travelling to boston, usa next week and i'm planning to check out some of the local guitar shops over there.. anyone know any brands or stuff i should keep a look out for? esp not found in singapore ones..

daddy's music junkie (i think that's what it's called) on mass ave has a pretty nice selection of stuff..there are also a lot of quirky stores in the cambridge central area that have really cool vintage stuff. and then there's always guitar center, where i bought my prs at a nice discount

I think you should check out some of the US guitar shop websites to see which brands they carry. Usually the gear that they have and we don't are the boutique stuff.

What we truly lack in are the high end tube amps. Shipping is killer if we order online so best to lug one back from overseas. Still kinda hard though.

Guitar center is a pretty good place to scout for guitars because sometimes they dont know the value of the guitar and priced them ridiculously low.

Daddy's Junkie by Harvard Ave is pretty alright too. small though.
