the 2nd sale was a calling for me, i was set to buy this guitar during the 1st sale but a closer inspection revealed em... deformities, enough to make me change my mind 8)

finally got my hands on an Orville by Gibson in the colour i wanted. the original Gibson pickups in this one just make my MIJ epiphone black beauty sound dull.

i think this is gonna be my main guitar for a while to come

to those who are wondering, i got it from our friendly japanese-guitar hunter WK from Orangeguitar. i highly recommend going to him if you are looking for japanese made guitars.

but someone bought that guitar, the one on display on the second sale, was a another unit. how do i know? different serial number + the absence of that deformity... :wink:

If it was the one that was there yesterday, then I did have a little strum of the strings as it hung there and a good look at the finish. Awesome axe.

BTW - will post my clips from my Micro BR soon which I now use all the time for silent practice - sounds amazing.
