Anyone has experience with Fusion gig bags?

Heard that they are better than Mono? Would like to hear reviews. Thanks!

yea mono looks better but still either way i would pick mono no regrets with my purchase i've even developed a habit where as instead of putting my bag down normally i would simply drop it down to the floor and best of all it even bounces up a little, that's how confident i am of it's protection

What? Punctuation please.

Never tried one but I find it hard to believe it is better than MONO. The Fusion looks flimsy.
I think we need more photos of it (MONO has superb advertising in their photos promoting the product).

For myself I'm using a Red Dot Music Spork. Wonderful bag!

Fellow softie Ized swears that it's sturdier than the Mono. But IMHO, nothing beats this. I have to give them props for that GigSaddle idea man.

My Fender 'deluxe' gig bag just broke down, the metal part of the straps were too weak, tele+2pedals+cables.
Not sure which to get.
Hoping to find one that can fit a macbookpro13" inside.
My friends with mono said it can't fit, haven't tried the fusion,
the iGig bag looks not bad, but is costly and outta stock. Hmmm.

got the fusion F2 for my bass and a mono for my other bass, its damn good lor. the F1 is better and thicker than Mono and cheaper but the design suck balls. color scheme and all looks too sporty. bought the F2 because it looks better than F1. lol

but in terms of functions fusion > mono, but design looks mono > fusion.

Agree that Mono has better design which means higher price?
And that Fusion F2 looks better than its highest end F1. Lower price too.

Anyone letting go any of these models by the way?

i bought a softcase from a brand called 'just black' from guitar 77 at excelsior basement. padding every bit as thick as mono, has the movable neck cushion, pockets are bigger than the ones in the mono, straps are stitched on-no buckles/metal loops to rust or bend, and cost about 120-130. just doesnt have the fancy bells n whistles like the extra compartments within the pockets etc, but has the velcro loop/strap for cables like mono! go check it out

I have checked out Fusion at TymusicCentre.
Their F2 or F1 is like kinda 'big/heavy', though sturdy and good price.

Their sales person say that Mono will be 'bigger/heavier'?

Have to agree the fusion design isn't the best haha. I have a F1, very comfortable to carry and I would think its more comfortble than the mono.. If all you're not gona abuse the case/ guitar then either one will do. I've heard people dropping both the mono and fusion cases with Les Pauls inside it without damaging or making the guitar go out of tune so I'm sure both have good enough padding.

One thing about the fusion is that the pockets are quite tight.. Hard to put more bulky items in, coily cables, laptops, small pedals or small items like tuners and tools are fine but bigger pedals or items might be a tight fit.
