Fretboard Inlay stickers - Group Purchase anyone?

hey i was wondering if to add inlay stickers to your frets,
do you have to remove the strings first?
if you dont remove the strings i have no idea how im gonna add the stickers in.

what i did was just loosen the strings a way lot, then simply pull it over the edges of your fingerboard so the fingerboard is accessible, and use a small piece of tape to hold the strings down. apply the stickers then simply re-align and retune

ahh i see.what im afraid is when retunning it would snap the strings and it will be a pain in the ass to remove them and get brand new ones.

The best way is not to hurry. I took out all the strings first. Then cleaned the fretboard (No oil-based cleaners as this will affect the inlays). Then laid the stickers carefully.

Guys,. I Hope you enjoyed your inlays. I did. Other people may find it odd or funny but that's just them and they're entitled to their opinions. The important thing is being able to make our guitars look better than what they have
