After the 19-show sell-out run of If There’re Seasons… in 2007, the hit musical that warmed your hearts makes its much-awaited return to the stage in April 2009! And we’re looking for NEW ACTORS!



If you can bring the house down with your set of pipes, and have a flair for acting, we’d love to MEET YOU at our Open Audition!



Inspired by the popular hits of songwriting sensation Liang Wern Fook, and written by award-winning Hong Kong playwright Raymond To, who penned the 2005 hit movie Perhaps Love, If There’re Seasons… is a breathtaking musical about love beyond death, friendships that go the distance, and dreams that find their way home.

Dates: 4 - 5 June 2008 (Wed & Thu)

Times: 4:00pm – 8:00pm

Venue: The Theatre Practice

Age range: Women 18 – 60 years old, Men 18 – 40 years old (For Chinese applicants)

Men & Women 21 – 45 years old (For applicants of other races)

Race: Chinese, Caucasians, Hispanics & African-Americans.



Preparation: Please dress comfortably and prepare one Mandarin song.

Non-Chinese applicants can prepare either a Mandarin or English song.

All applicants must provide their own minus-one for the audition.

Was in a telemovie a couple of times Da Rusia con Amore, E penso a te, Arrivederci a Milano, etc...too many. But everytime, I'll be an Asian gangster. Hehehehe...!! Never tried a musical though. I can sing Cantonese, Japanese, English, Malay, Italian, Spanish, Javanese, Batakans, etc...too many. Hehehehe..!!

But over the age limit already lah. Hmm...oh...for non chinese, I'm still within range.

My acting expirience very limited... 1 stage play "Conversations in the dark" - I played a DJ talking to weird ppl late at night on his chat show.
It was at the substation guiness station over a few nights in 1992.

I also acted in the Damm Stoopid comedy video - acted as an undercover cop busting chewing gum sellers -and also in the actual music videos of a couple of org songs I had written for it.

but its my life long dream to playthe role of Judas in Jesus Christ superstar. I wouldnt mind singing / acting in others too like Cats, Evita, South Pacific, Rocky Horror picture show

I guess Im a better singer than I am an actor doe ...

Those were all Italian production as I was in Italy at that time. Just happen to stumble those guys shooting movies. The latest I did was Love Under the Sign of Dragon(German production), heroin is Wong Li Lin. But I was just an extra. Hehehehe...!!

Never got to become villian also. Alright...I know now where to post when they need Extras, Heros, Heroin, Villians, etc....Hehehe....!! But acting in Musical a bit difficult for me. Drama or telemovie, at least if you forgot your lines can try again. Musical....hmm...the show must go on whatever happens. Hehehehe...!!!
