They are chickenfoot and they consist of Van Halen's vocalist and bassist, RHCP's drummer and Joe Satriani. Album just out last month, but its awesome to hear old school rock with tight drums and everything!
Plus it's almost a superband, since everyone knows who these guys are individually.
