Eh dude, i tell u something. U surely envy
2006, I went to Melbourne with my-then guitarist Sean just to catch U2 live in concert for their Vertigo Tour.
80,000 screaming fans, one giant stadium, one giant milky way of lights, one band. U2.
I've been to quite a few concerts before, but let me say without a doubt, U2 were the greatest, most awesomely best best bestest live band I have ever seen. Bon Jovi, Rolling Stones, Muse, Red Hot Chilli, Mr. Big, Slipknot etc etc all cannot even come five hundred inches close to how great U2 were. It was so great, both Sean and I teared from an overwhelming sense of awe. Seriously. And when they started playing 'Where The Streets Have No Name' and 80,000 people jumped and sang with joy at the top of their lungs... that has got to be one of the most life changing experiences for me...ever.
So yeah, you SHOULD catch them live. Fly there, teleport there, whichever. But it's one of those once-in-a-lifetime moments you just can't and shouldn't afford to miss.
