First Acoustic, Need Some Help On Tabs Too

Hi Softers!

So, im interested in getting a second hand acoustic electric guitar, those that can be plugged into amps. So.. Anyone's selling 1? And how much do you recommend me to spent for my first one? I cant seem to find those on the classified ads, need some help here. And are the tabs for electric guiters same as acoustic? Eg. i wanna play a song originally played by an electric guitar, can i use that tabs on an acoustic? Thanks Guys

Btw:Can I Play It Though A Bass Amp, I Have 1 At Home Alrd, And Was Hoping To Save Cost On Amps! Thks!

Ibanez makes some decent acoustic guitars with a preamp. you might want to try them out.

as long as the tuning is same for both guitars, what you can play on an electric, you can play on an acoustic. do note the string gauge and the scale length. it's harder to bend on an acoustic guitar.

Whats A Preamp? o.o any do you know anyone selling one of those? Issit ok to play an acoustic through a bass amp?
