I'd recently just did some fret & fingerboard maintenance with Dunlop fingerboard kit as well as replacing to tusq nut.

The improvement on the nut replacement is really significant. Really helped alot in the intonation.

Before doing anything..

After the fingerboard is totally done.. it's much moisturized n healthier than the st picture. Much more darker and smoother

No fret buzz, much better intonation. Can really hear the difference man.

Looks good! :D

Where did you get tusq nut?. I'm planning to change my nut, can you teach me how to do it?. What did you tune your guitar to?.

Yeap.. need abit of filing though.. I wanted to get the bone nut from music theme.. but the strings alignment was so out.. so to save myself the trouble of doing it too wrongly.. I got a graph tech tusq nut Zen guitarwerkz. It really helped alot in the sustain n clarity.

Ryanz: The tusq nut itself is already slightly lower than my current nut.. so well. haha.. can't file somemore le..

yeah the tusq nuts are stock on gibsons, taylors, martins, tom andersons and tylers, etc.

you cant possibly go wrong with em.
