Okay lah. You forgot Guillermo del Toro and more importantly, Robert Rodriguez who I believe was more crucial for 'Sin City' than Miller was lah.

Richard Donner was pretty decent what. So was Bryan Singer before he had kryptonite shoved up his arse.

But Michael Bay would be goot for Transformer lah. I mean, you wanna watch a Transformer movie with all the robots comtemplating about life and what it means to be a sentient artificial intelligence being or watch them blow shit up? And Michael Bay loves to blow shit up...

Hellboy sucks really bad if you have read the comics, the characters and costume designs are fantastic only because of Mike Mignola's involvement.

What Robert Rodriguez did to Sin City the movie is really just copying Frank Miller's drawing and plot, from panel to panel onto the big screen la.....

As for Bryan Singer...this guy is a one-hit-wonder. Nothing good after The Usual Suspects. I'm sorry if I sounded cynical, we comic geek are really protective about our comics characters. :lol:

And hopefully Michael Bay doesn't screw up with Transformer la..... I still have nightmares from Pearl Harbour and Bad Boys 2. Heh heh.....

Hehe, it was pretty good leh... for me at least. I've the 1st 2 series stashed somewhere in my room. I like the comic book and the movie lah but thought the ending was too abrupt.

I feel you but aiyah, it's hard to translate something with 30 years of history into a 2 hour popcorn movie. As long as it's entertaining, can lah...
