Fender or Floyd Rose equipped guitar

hey guys...
im just wondering which guitar is the best for my type of guitar playing...
i play songs from bands like

hey monday
paramore
the click five
my chemical romance
sum 41
blink 182
boys like girls
green day
metallica
trivium
bullet for my valentine
avenged sevenfold..

if i go for fenders,i would probably get the fender standard teles as they are quite simple...

if i would go for floyd roses,i might get the ESP LTD m100-fm as it is cheap and good...

ive tried both guitars but i can seem to hear the diff...
i alright with the guitar necks


so which one would be better for me...

My Fender Strat can handle from blues to Darrell squeals (Mine is a FR Fender). In the end its up to the player. :mrgreen:

For the above foremention bands, get a guitar with at least a humbucker bridge pickup...

^ +1. Get something with a humbucker at the bridge position because it'll give you a thicker, warmer, fatter sound especially for the stuff using heavier distortion. Besides, with heavy distortion, singlecoils tend to produce hum.

Try an Ibanez RG or Schecter C-1 FR.

A HSS strat or HH telecaster should be good for you.

Woohoohoo!Schecter C-1 FR FTW!I own one and it's awesome!But if you must choose between the 2 above options,i'd go for the Tele.Sound wise,you can change your pickups if you want a more fatter and heavier distortion,but i think the Tele's alright for your songs,except for Metallica and Bullet for My Valentine.For punk rock it's good.But remember,Jim Root of Slipknot uses a Tele,but he changed the pickups on his to Seymour Duncans or something like that.

his tele is also made of mahogany, not the usual alder. he changed the pups to EMGs.
