it's not quite an ''improvement''... the new, big headstock H1 strat features only a single string retainer @ the headstock & it's the traditional ''M'' type. there are already players citing a snag in tuning...

its currently on display near the entrance..since they mentioned all fender gears will have a discount up to a maximum of 35%, i assume it applies to the malmsteen strat as well as the custom shop fenders..not sure though how much discount will be applied to the high end models :wink:

$761 is before GST. the mex 60th Ann Strat is listed for $800
