feedback on a particular shop

Not sure if i post in the correct place ..

Was at penin this afternoon looking for a guitar for this beginner friend of mine. We went into this shop(not wanting to name it but its the 1 near music theme i think). Was trying out one of the guitar for my friend for about less than 5 mins. After that, the shop assistance came forward to ask how was the guitar. i told him it was ok but wanted to test it a little longer. He gave me a cold stare. i was like what the heck? i mean if my friend is really interested in the guitar at least give me some more time to test it right? so i carry on testing it. not long a customer came in and tested a pedal or something. the shop owner helped him adjust the amp vol to quite a high level which overpowered my amp's sound. Then, the same shop assistance came forward and said that i will not be able to hear what im playing and he just off the amp when i was playing it. i was really pissed at that point in time. no choice but to walk off..

I cant believe the **** attitude given to us. i feel that there is nothing wrong trying out the guitar for a longer period of time(10mins) if we are really interested in it. its a few hundred bucks! i wont want to waste my money buying the wrong guitar..this was the 2nd time i encountered such bad experience at this shop. cant believe they are able to survive with such shit attitude

I think it will be better to feedback to them.....and see what the boss has to say....
 
i do not know man... im hoping that they have.. coz after encountering it for 2 times.. im getting rather piss with their service..
 
I think it is best to go back to the shop and let them know your feedback.
