use your index, barre the whole 5th fret. Make your finger 'act' like a capo.
middle finger on 6. ring + pinky on 7ths.
If you noticed, its like a 577 power chord shape. However, you barre it (meaning pressing the whole of 5th fret down) and add your middle finger.
