ever buy something from luthers thru the net?

They replied my emails on the same day when I enquired. Then nothing for 2 days after they comfirm the order. Once I replied saying I wanted to cancel, they replied me on the same day again citing "not enough manpower to do admin work".

After I agreed to order again, the last I heard was..

"will contact Yamaha tomorrow and arrange another delivery date for you"

That was 12 days ago. Repeated mails to enquired was not answered.

Whats up with that man. :x So you have time to take orders but don't want to tell me when its coming? I'm left hanging here. :?:
