Ok guys..this is an update from the guys of RUDRA in their blog at myspace.

"We have been very busy preparing for the 3 shows to be performed at Esplanade (Singapore). It has been tough on us balancing office commitments and preparation. Nevertheless, it has been very exciting for we have decided to do a special setlist for the shows at Esplanade. We have hired Mumtaz (vocalist of Vervaine), Aishwaryah (carnatic vocalist) & Guna (Indian percussionist) to guest on the coming shows. We have re-arranged about 10 songs to create a fusion of acoustic guitars and percussion. Of course, it may seem as a digression from our usual set but call it our 'Unplugged' (like Robert Plant & Jimmy Page). Those who are going to witness it will be lucky as this is going to be a 3-night only excursion. We will be recording this set live during the 3-days."

So please do come down and show your support for the only metal band to play at the Esplanade so far. Hopefully we can expect more metal bands to start playing there..it is an awesome place with the best equipments.

update from RUDRA's camp

Hey guys, another update from the band.

"....We have also starting writing a few new songs for our next album. Target to hit the studios on MArch 2007 for the 5th album.

And last but not least, we are honoured to be part of Heathen Crusade 2007 (www.heathencrusade.com) to be held in Minnesota. We are very excited about meeting other pagan bands on the bill and all of our loyal friends (fans). We are also keeping a lookout for more shows while we are there. Currently we will be playing a show in Philadelphia on 23rd Jan as well and waiting for confirmation from New York & North Carolina on the 21st & 22nd respectively......"

hey,

just came back from today's set. sad to say the rain screwed everyting up and the sound wasn't that great. but the band were able to reddem themselves with their orgasmic songs. haha.

anyway, really really looking forward to tomorrow's set...HEAVY STUFF MAN!
