ESP guitars?

sry all... ecilpse is >$1600 so forgive me already! lol. they sound freaking nice ruth... but... i dun rly like the shape. haha. up to u rly. i was thinkin if it is ur first time buying, dun bet too much money on it. either tt or u try until u rly find a suitable one. coz i v scared later u hear us say "damn nice" then buy on impulse. lots of $$$$$ gone in a second... worse is tt ltr SOME (not talkin abt the elipse and other gd ones) of them hav low resale values. </3

ESP Eclipse have low resale values? Wah like that i buy 2nd hand ESP Eclipse for sub-1k lar! But seriously, the resale values of ESP Eclipse is pretty high. 1 more thing, PRS ain't exactly cheap if u want a better piece, u might wanna consider LTDs or Ibanezes instead.

NO LAH. NOT ECLIPSE LAH. im just sayin tt MAYBE for SOME guitars coz the value also depends on the colour n various other factors. u nvr kno... time kills the value...

Go for the eclipse ruth.*devilish whispers*
ESP NICEEEEEEeeeee.......*more devilish whispersss...*

Anyways, I'm waiting for mine to arrive. Last I checked, they said that it would most prob come in at end of this month... *fingers twitch plus heavy breathing due to anticipation*

And on a side note, If you ever wanna get an ESP guitar, I would rather they not have stock for it. I don't mind waiting when its worth the wait. As the saying goes, good things comes to those who wait.....well thats my opinion anyways...*puts on fire retardent suit*

*patiently awaiting for what is gonna be my prized possesion*

he he....

meh

hmm.. davis doesnt stock any high end ltd's right?
the single cuts offered by ltd and esp could be said to be on par.. i think!

Haha ok ok, peace alice. Hmmm......i'd go for a high end LTD personally, was lucky enough to try an LTD Eclipse, it was similar in terms of build quality and tone and i daresay the playability was better too.

the upper end LTDs, despite being remarkable in make, finish & presentation, do mask certain cost-cutting components/ implementations included in there. this however, does not translate it to be lousy or inferior.

In the end, it all comes down to ones ego....would u rather have an LTD or just pay a bit more an strut around with an ESP.

Not trying to implicate loldude333 but i've tried the LTD EC1000 and EC500. The feel was nice but the extra frets to me are redundant. And its quite hard to access the higher ups in my opnion.

But all in all, I do say that the 1000 and 500 can really push the ESP Eclipse to the wire. And like wat Subbie said, the cost cutting features are quite glaring as well. (if u're unlucky)

So as I said before. Would u wanna get the LTD or pay a bit more for an ESP?

meh

ps: EC1000 is super fugly unless u're an abalone freak... EC500 are the better choice between the 2.

haha that guitar certainly looks familiar! all of gazette uses ESPs ^^ perhaps i should get a cheapo guitar first, then save up for an eclipse?

hm, any reco for PRS guitars? i kinda like the 513 ^^

its good to get a middle range guitar to start wif...so it can last u for at least a few yrs down the road...den maybe u can consider upgrading to higher end guitar...as for PRS...the 513 is among the top notch to own...will cost u abt 4 to 5k...

my recommendation...get an edwards...if u really love PRS...get the PRS SE edition range of guitar 1st...

jus my 2cents thots...
