I read this from Frontallabs... a joke can be really "funny" sometimes. See how it becomes the joke below?

Nov 15, 1:23 AM EST

SINGAPORE (AP) -- An Australian man has been fined 10,000 Singapore dollars (US$6,420, €5,010) for using the word "bomb" on a SilkAir plane, a newspaper reported Wednesday.

Riccardo Paulin, 65, pleaded guilty Tuesday to charges under United Nations anti-terrorism regulations that make it illegal for anyone in Singapore, or any Singaporean abroad, to raise a false alarm about a terrorist act, The Straits Times reported.

Paulin was looking for space for his hand luggage on a SilkAir flight to Indonesia on Saturday when, the newspaper said, he asked a flight attendant, "Where do you keep the bomb?" The pilot was informed and Paulin was removed from the plane. Paulin told the court that his remark was meant as a joke, the newspaper said.

Paulin had faced a maximum fine of S$100,000 (US$64,200, €50,100) or up to five years' jail or both.

hehehe scared already.

of course I'm afraid that some moron might go too far and get the whole thread deleted .... then we all wont have a "EPL gripe place" ....

chelsea 2 man u 1. guarantee beb! Wait until u see ronaldo lands a faceplant while doing the kanu and the AIG people come ask, "u wan to take ur millions of dollars worth of insurance mr ronaldo?"

blaaaahahaa

wow.. first Chelsea fan we see in this thread.. haah.. i guess he must have been hallucinating while he typed the post..

Possibly a draw ... I'm guessing it will boil down to who's the one to make a defensive error first.

Big margin win, unlikely for either team. Man U not really that strong upfront like Nisterooy's days...

it's betta now that RVN's not around.. when he was still around, he was the one with the responsibility of scoring.. but now he's gone..

the team's spread the responsibility around and out of the whole United team (those who have appeared in the matches as a sub or first team so far), only Brown, Carrick, Evra and Neville (VDS is not counted.. haah) haven't scored yet.

Yup you're right. Ruud Van Nistelrooy only scored against the weaker teams. But when needed to score to save Man U from defeat or getting a win, he never delivered. When it matters most, RVN never produce the goods.

And if you look closely as to how RVN scored the goals, I can safely say that 90% of the goals were just simple tap in or that no one marked him. Seldom did he score goals that require high level of skills like dribbling a few defenders and score or score from a shot that was like twenty metres away.

For RVN to score that many goals, it just showed how well MAN U was playing as a team. Players like Giggs, Scholes, Ronaldo, Rooney,Keano are simply great players.

I don't know... but I could be wrong. RVN was the sole man up there doing the damage, but his percentage of scoring is higher than any strikers than they have now. I think being "lethal" is the key.

All the time being put on the bench can demoralize a player. That's why it is not uncommon to see a player suddenly spring up in in action after a transfer, and also to prove their value.

I have to admit even though I hate to. Henry is a great striker.

Bro, you are absolutely right. I am just teasing you. Can or not?

yes teasing is accepted, I'm down with the best of them but I'm serious when I say some joker mite just say the wrong thing especially with regards to race and religion. James had left me a PM telling me to watch out the members posting about the "sensitive" issues so ....

Anyway - all said & done - LETS ALL PLAY BALL - KICK RACISM OUTTA FOOTBALL, EPL & SOFT - yeah....

I disagree...I feel that without RVN, there is more space for players to roam about because RVN was never a running player unlike Saha who like Rooney, can twist, turn and beat defenders...RVN uses his strength to do that which is the difference between him and Saha.

unlike rvn i would saha is a more all rounded striker. he can do just about anything Rvn could do.

rooney? ahh he is just in a class of his own.

RVN scoring bagful of goals for RM I see - too bad fergie had to let personal feelings get in the way when he sold him...

C'MON GUNNERS VS HAMBURG TONIGHT!
