THE blunder ref who robbed Arsenal of a vital Champions League point in Moscow has a history of huge cock-ups.
Spaniard Manuel Gonzalez, 41, became known as El Prat 10 years ago for making a shocking series of mistakes in a match between Real Zaragoza and Barcelona.
Gonzalez denied Thierry Henry a goal that would have given the Gunners a 1-1 draw in their Group G clash against CSKA in Russia on Tuesday, saying the Emirates skipper had handled. TV replays put Henry in the clear.
But that gaffe is matched by his incompetence in the Barca game, when Gonzo (left) needed help from a linesman after a tussle.
Gonzo’s words were captured by pitch-side microphones and became one of Spain’s favourite catchphrases still used whenever a ref gets it wrong.
He said: “Don’t f*** me!” and added: “I s*** on my mother! Who should I send off?”
