help me.. ihave bought a epiphone les paul custom.. i went to check its serial number it says made in china/korea. wat does tat mean?? if i have to sell it do i put MIK or MIC?

Dude.. you can check http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epiphone and identify the origin of your guitar.

Well i gueess epips 2005 and later are china mades... I checked my epiphone's serial and they wrote korea/china too that initial letter is " I ", whats yours?

in general...just between korea and china...
korea serials have just 1-letter...china serials have 2-letters...

in the case of I (Saien / Shine)...they opened a China plant IIRC in 2002.

some say that China plant also makes Epiphones, with the I serial too.
when they started producing Epiphones? no idea cos only gibson knows.
so the best way is to email gibson customer service with your serial, and they might know whether your I serial is china or korea.
