Hi,
Firstly you need to laydown your maximum budget for such a job to tell the repairman. Broken neck repairs can be moderate to very complex job depending on where the break occurs and amount of damage.
For a full job including refinishing can take quite a long time to process due to the repairman availability. Multiple coats of paint or finishing could be needed to make the repaired joint least noticable.
I think a mid-complexity job with full refinishing could cost about $300 more less.
So you need to consider the money factor as it cost about half the git original cost already.
Repair is often many times more labourious, skill craftsmanship level dependent, than building a new one on the production line. Thus reasonably priced as such. Sorry my repair forte is in amps and electronics, not woodworks, thus I can't help myself.
Local repair for this I know are: Sinamex, Malcom, Guitar Connection, Guitar workshop, Maestro. (no particular order, price & service will vary, shop wisely but dun be an ass-o)
