Epiphone les paul: Honeyburst or trans amber

hey guys, just wondering which finish would guys prefer coz i kinda regret getting the trans amber instead of honeyburst. just want to know how many of u guys do prefer trans amber over a honeyburst
 
Honeyburst for me.Nothing too fancy but its all preference.You'll get over what you regret.Its part of life.lol

yeah i think without pickguard nicer.

and yes, i like the finish..

it'll grow on u lah dont worry
 
Yep, you'll forget about it soon. Your trans amber, however, has a pretty wicked looking finish. They both look nice, IMO.
 
Actually thats really nice.You can see those flamey lines and the match book lines down the middle.
 
Hmm, the pickguard removed light scratches on the finish are inevitable..

( Depends alot on the individual for severity of the scratches )

My Gibson never had its pickguard drilled into its body, however scratches are v v minimal. It depends alot on the individual actually. If you're willing to sacrifice slight cosmetics for visual eyecandy then removing the pickguard is your option.

However if you rather cosmetics over eyecandy then keep the pickguard on is your option.

My orville is fitted with its pickguard yet my gibson is not. Its entirely up to your playing style and what youre looking for.
