Fuss?

I saw the pictures of the guns, they didn't even look like replicas. It could be told they were made out of plastic just by looking at the pictures. I don't even think a primary school student would have been fooled by them.

I think James did the right thing. Possession of any firearms, whether with live ammunition or replicas is against the law. Leaving the ad here would create a heckload more of trouble.

Hmm

They were toys. The boy or whoever he was, was in fact exaggerating the extent of his
'firearms' realisticness, by calling them replicas with a 1 : 1 scale.

But whatever the case, it was an idiotic action to even try sell toy guns in the buy/sell forum.
I won't be commenting further on this, due to it being entirely up to James' discretion to deal with such cases.

Replica's are not against the law . Possession of Firearms are . Replica's do not fire projectiles .

wait what are we trying to achieve here? beaching threads are messy and make the forum very unpleasant

if you want to get some guy banned or sth i think u should contact the mods. if u are a victim of some crime u can make a police report. if not no beaching threads please. if one starts, all will start, then flame fest

They sell 1:1 M4 replicas in Singapore. Yes, in shops. They're legal. Came out in the news a couple of years ago, made a big hoohah then died down cause Singaporeans found something else to complain about.
