Actually I am guilty of doing this too, but for a reason. I was planning on selling my pickups and a guy told me that he is schooling blah blah beginner blahblah. So I thought I wanted to let go of my pickup for just 10 bucks and arranged to meet at the usual place city hall. When that day came, I didnt have any balance on my prepaid so I couldnt reply and the guy messaged me a few times. I felt really sorry for him.

Well, you could have borrowed a phone from someone to call him.
Too many bad experiences here on soft. Saw distortion81 selling an amp for $650, immediately reserved it to deal at night. Halfway through the day he cooked up one long story saying his amp spoiled, sent for ebenex for fixing and so on. Was a little suspicious so i used another number to text him. Turns out someone was willing to buy from him at $700, and funny thing was he was begging me (new number) to take it for $720.
Next time just tell the person directly. Be a man.
