Electric Guitar Strings

I use DR Extra Life and Dean Markley Blue Steel strings. Extra Life when I have money, Blue Steels when I don't

i used to use dean markley signature series 0.9 - 46... very ncie strings...

but been trying out daddarios 0.10s and must say... they only sound great for a day. i will be trying out the dean markeleys again but .10s now i guess...

Swee Lee sells D'Addario 7-string packs, 10 to 46 and the 7th string is a 56.

I play D'Addario jazz strings, 11s to 49s, awesome feel and sound, even though tougher to play for lead stuff. Feels like arm-wrestling when bending but hey the sound is good to me.

I'm using DR Tite Fit 0.09 - 0.42. No higher or the whammy stiffens up too much.

Darknessfury, yes, 10s have a difference. Besides the obvious increase in tension, both strings and trem tension, 10s will afford you lower action than 9s. You get a thicker sound, but less snap. Your picking might improve because of the higher resistance of thicker strings, or it might fare worst because your pick don't slide pass the strings as easily.
