Just buy it from where its cheaper. Ishibashi is cheaper and they provide a better selection of models. You'll take less of a loss should you decide to sell it as well.

i tink i buy from ishibashi since its cheaper. for me, after sales service is not a problem. How many times in our life we send things like guitar, mp3 player or etc for repair or make use of its warranty? and also the stocks at davis, guitar77 or sweelee all got risk of shipping also wat.. i dont believe the stereotype if u buy from overseas, the risk of shipping is higher. Ishibashi also wants us to buy again rite so i believe they will make sure the things that we buy will reach here safely.

i dont see the problem with choosing a jap online store over a local guitar shop. locals give you the convenience of not having to deal with shipping, and probably provide some services. some people wait months, cash in hand, for these shops to bring in certain models.

others decide not to play the waiting game and do it themselves. sure, its alot more troublesome than walking into a store and buying off the rack. but if you can save a couple of bucks and avoid the waiting game, it makes it even.

i ordered something that was not available in sg, and instead of having to wait 3 months, i only had to wait 3 days.

u can order strai8 from Davis.. however, the down side is u must wait 2-3 months depending on the shipment frequency..

if anything wrong, u can ask for a replacement piece, which might take a few months

also, u can order online - faster & probably also cheaper?? however, if there is anything wrong, u must send the guitar back urself & request for a replacement..

so, there is a give-and-take situation here

i doubt so, i asked them before about mass order.

1 guitar without hardcase = 10,000JPY
2 guitars without hardcase = 18,000JPY
5 guitars without hardcase = 45,000JPY

i dont know if it will be cheaper if you can mo 10 or more.

Think no point to do mass orders. You dont save much and not worth the hassle of coordinating so many people. Some have been tried in the past with only limited success.

Just order it and be happy when you receive it in 3 days(maybe)!
