Eastwest Ministry of Rock

I've just bought my Eastwest ministry of rock programme however there were some problems with it.
1st when I open the PLAY interface and load in the instruments there was no sound, it shows there was signal but no sound was heard.
2nd when I open my old projects in cubase studio 5 and change the old tracks vst to PLAY vst there was also no sound.
however when i open a new cubase project and load the PLAY vst there was sound.
Do you all know what might be the problem?

Sorry. Wish I could help. But I'm not a fan of PLAY. I'm also not using Cubase. Did you download the latest version of PLAY?

I emailed eastwest, they say I not enough RAM. haiz 3.25GB RAM not enough lol
