The Lan Shop Near My Block
It at blk 144 Tampines.They have other rules that says you must not wetting others people clothing. Ha...ha...ha....When i got to know the rules it really made me laught the whole dya.

i saw something similar at aljunied's jamming studio i think. but that was quite a while ago. not sure if they still keep that policy. lol

well , boon actually sucks . They do not let hardcore bands . Why never let hardcore bands when your instruments and amps sucks anyway? well , ya i know most jamming studio's equipment always suck . But boon's one was the suckiest . I'll never jam at boon again . Now i jam at beatmerchants !!

the rules are for those heros/rockstars who really think those equipment are theirs and thus banging on them to break it but yet no money to pay. No money, but want to bang...
As much as theres responsible fellas like some here, theres also big group of young sexy dangerous others who dont care and just want to bang and destroy.

Why Most Jamming Studio's Equipment Always Suck?
I not from Boon ,but I feel that I need to say somthing . Boon $30 room really good.
Do you know why most jamming studio's equipment always suck? That is because
most jammers don't take care of the instrument and equipment.They think they paid
$10 - $15 they can do what ever they want. Always remember you are jamming in
a jamming studio. You are not playing in indoor staduim or some big hall. So where
ever place we jam we must make it a point to take care of the instrument and equipment.
Do treat the jamming studio's as your own.

Is there something wrong with you? Boon studios are good, especially when compared to beat merchants. I've been jamming there regularly for over 2-3 years, no complaints. From a hardcore metal band to rock n roll, neither boon nor his assistant in the other boon studio around the corner has told us to shut up. So most likely the stuff you play really must be just noise. And once when I jammed with another band at beat merchants, I can honestly say it was one of the worst studios I've been too.
Don't flame the studio just because you can't play something that doesn't destroy their ears. They own the property, you are just paying to borrow their equipment for an hour or two.

the front boon studios don't allow hardcore or metal band play...
the back one is okay with it..
2 times this incident happen to me..haha
my ex band plays helloween and strato kind of stuff..
the 1st time we were in the room jamming then the uncle hold up a sign at the door saying "too loud" haha really..then after we jam he was like cursing us..
then the 2nd time was my band had this gig audition there..
we played like 2 songs then the uncle came in and kick us all out..
i still remember what he say.
"walao! like this cannot make business ah..business all drop ah"
then the organiser who audition us wanted to pay.then the uncle say "NO! NO! NO NEED TO PAY AH..GO OUT AH!"
like WTF sia!!!hahaha

yes this is true.
i've worked at a jamming studio once before and i see crazy stunts being done almost every day.
some people just crank the amps to maximum volume..
drummers breaking the cymbals..
bassists plugging in their basses to guitar amps and vice versa, and proceed to try to put the volume up till 11.
it's very stressful if people don't cooperate.
