Drum pedal soft case / carrying bag?

Hi all, just to check if have u guys ever heard of any drum pedal soft case/carrying bag? I have just purchase an iron cobra, but feel bulky if needs to carrying the hardcase everywhere..Please advise.

Yeah sweelee has a soft carrying case for your pedals, you can check it out.

But the hard carrying case is there for protection dude, why change to a soft carrying case and risk damaging your pedals while moving it?

Haha I know ICs are TANKS and nothing short of a nuclear bomb can destroy them lah, but still.... :lol:

Hi guys, thanks for your reply, but the hardcase is made of aluminium, meaning it get dented pretty easy.. I brought it to my church yest for the first time, lo and behold, there is a few light dents on the case. Quite heart pain leh...hehee...

No lah bro... Just want to find out if the soft case pedal case got any built-in protection kits such as cushione etc.. If it doesnt have, then of coz i would want it lah..

thats why Pearl always come out with an outstanding stuff. Their Pearl Elliminator comes with soft case and it doesnt break like plastic ICs carrying bag if it drop accidentally. Thanks Pearl!!!!!

Think there are Warwick padded pedal cases at Swee Lee. It has padded cushioning so it's quite good. You might want to go check out.

I would rather carry the IC case around even though it's bulky and all. More protection and the pedals fit in the case perfectly so there's not too much shaking around.

Yeah, that's what the hardcase was made for anyway, to be brought around and get all dented and scratched up, protecting what's important inside.

hard case is for travelling drummers who need to checkin their pedals when they need to travel by plane

i share your plight tchekchuan
mine is iron cobra too.. and i tend to agree it is quite hassle to be carrying the big case around.....together wif othr barang2.. ie: cymbal bags...
but then again, i know jolly well its for the protection of the pedals....

but still i'm thinking if there's other soft carrying bag wif really thick paddings inside...
to lessen down the hassles......

Nope....actually, I have seen so many pearl eliminator pedal boards broken!! YES, the pedal boards break easy!!

As for cases, try checking in your soft case on flight...you'll be visiting the shops before you know it! Or when you're packing/upacking during a gig and one of the sound techs accidentally drops a monitor on your softcase....

As for the cobras, yes, it does not come with a soft case, but I've checked in my pedal on flight many times and THANK GOD they came with the hardcases!! Never had a problem.

As for pedal softcases, check out the PEACE cases. They're padded really well and priced to kill too!!
