Double Bass Pedal and Practice Pad

Dear fellow drummers.

I'm looking for a first hand double bass pedal and bass drum practice pad to practice at home. The cheaper the better. I'm rather new at drum hardware. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for the help.

P.S. I gave up looking at the buy/sell section.

the cheapest double pedal is the Peace velocity which is $280 and the other one is a trapsdrums pedal also the same price....a practice pad you can go to accent musical at Bukit Timah I'm not sure about the price btw the brand of the pad is Gibraltar...

The Pearl 120TW is also below $300. The Gibraltar kick practice pad from ranking is about $80. Or the Pearl one is about $70+. There are also cheaper ones going for about $50+ at ranking but a bit too light for double pedal practice I find.
