I prefer goth rock in the vein of Joy Division and Sisters of Mercy. I think it sound more dark and depressing compared to gothic metal or industrial goth.

Half of my guitar pupils are of the 'goth' style.

I always thought it would be quite difficult in Singapore, the weather and all?

Over here it is always raining, clouded over, and the average temperature here in the winter is about -1c

I think this helps with the whole black clothes/lots of make-up look.


I'm thinking of moving to Singapore soon - if I do, i'll be looking to form a heavy/goth band.

So there will be at least one goth band in Singapore!!
