try brash basah complex beside the national library. go to level 3. there's a shop beside blackwood guitars that sells budget stuffs. i saw a few behringer effects on sale. not sure if it's the excat model you looking for. you can also try going to the building next to city music. not so sure about the name. the one with the macdonald at the bassment. there's ashop near the mac there. it also sells budget stuffs
