Do you shop @ Mustaffa Centre?

back to wad subversion said, yup i bought the adidas natural spray for $11 only when other places may sell $15-21...

mustafa is a very interesting place.. and yeah their toiletries are much more cheaper.. the rest, the difference isn't that big..

OOOOOPS.....thght there is no racism in singapore..but looks there are some traces ( thank fully SOFT haha ) any ways where there are ppl there are groups and differences,,,it is unavoidable...humanes need something to hate each other

But what a coincidence.....Yesterdy we had a discussion (warm) with few chinese/philipino colleauges in a food court...regarding the bad smell ( sorry to use this term...but this is what usually indians feel esp vegeterians when they enter any food court )....at last we came to a conclusion...we have to respect on others culture especially (i) when u r in that counry haha..and (ii) that is not causing harm to u or ur self respect

And dear singaporeans I mean non Indian Singaporeans.....please note that

The Indians whom you see here are mostly those who came here for labour work ..... and not every Indian does physical work here and smells the same. Request you to have some respect on their profession what so ever....People who come here to do labour and massage from India and China resepctively come here for living...its unfair treating them ill...after all it is bread and butter for them...

.You might be already knowing that things like YOGA, ZERO (whcch lead to Computers), CHESS, BUDHISM etc oroginated from India.... Please also note that Chinese martial arts had influence of Indian martial arts please see the follow links for frther details

In South India there is a state called KERALA ; most of the martial arts originated from that place....

U might be knowing that in Modernworld...a very good percent of Indians are there in NASA and other high profile IT companies and Hosppitals....

OK my intention is not to tell we are great or ur great....every body has their own plus and minus....this forum is for music and let us use it to share knowledge and help each other rather than posting controversial messages....

PS : But still I avoid going to Mustafa on weekends....THOSE many no of ppl standing every damn place really irritates me hahaha. Pls note

PPS : I also avoid going near my chinese colleagues after they have meals...

PPPS : A philipino friend of mine, feels inconveneint when my frnd (Indian) returns from his lunch...looks like BAD SMELL is a relative term...haahaha...she was strong opposer of us in yesterdays discussion...

haven't been to mustafa but the talk about the budget variety of items they have there is tempting, i think i know where to get electronics next time i need some :D they should open a music section!! (or do they already have one)

as for crowds, i dont like any crowds. can't breathe properly, stuffy, and cramped up kinda feel, people pushing around, yourself trying to push around to get to your destination.

as for smell, everyone smells. when u take the bus, and a group of students get on the bus after a day at school, they have that stuffy sweat smell right? or if u walk into the public toilets at the MRT stations, those stink too, don't tell me your piss smells nicer than the guy next to you cuz u shower twice a day!

be nice, in this case, indians were made to be more physically capable and physical labour leads to BO and sweat. if you think you smell nice, then make the world a better place by doing some physical labour since u claim your sweat doesnt stink. and at the very least, if u find the smell repulsive, lean on your sleeve and breathe through it or take slow, long breaths. just because YOU don't like it doesnt mean u have to show it.

for all you know, maybe they dont like how you smell too.

Haha, the only times I shop in Mustaffa is to buy Indian spices, seeds and nuts for chewing - they're heavenly to the taste.
