A Mesa boogie is a full tube amp which easily costs 1K and above.

Get a Behringer GDI21 - supposedly a GT2 clone - if u're on a budget. Try it out before you buy - if you intend to. You can find more info by searching on the forum.

Note that it may still not solve your problem. Your problem is probably needing to ground your rig.

grounding + shielding your guitar might be a pretty good idea right now. if you do it properly and slowly upgrade your guitar one part at a time, it might turn out pretty good
