Blackout Effectors Twosome Fuzz

Comments: One of the best 2-in-1 fuzz pedals available in the market. Musket side is a really good muff and the fix'd fuzz side is capable of both overdriven tones and glitchy velcro-ripping mayhem. Get it to end your fuzz search!
Elite Tone Fuzz Monster
Retail Price: USD$300, USD$250 Christmas sale price (no local retailers, discontinued)

Condition: 7/10 (paint chips and worn off, has velcro, gigged plenty with it)
Comments: 2-in-1 Germanium (based on a rare '69 4-knob version) and Silicon ('73 2-knob) fuzz face. The Ge side is complete with a toggle switch to introduce an in-line Ge-Si transistor and a footswitch to change the fuzz to Jimi Hendrix's specifications. Both Ge and Si portions are independent, and stackable. It is an amazing pedal that sounds better than most fuzz faces, and is less reactive to buffers than most fuzzes. Also one of the rare fuzz faces that sound great with humbuckers and not just single coils.

Comments: If you read the reviews many people prefer the BB Preamp but I don't. BB Preamp is much more compressed and vintage sounding, great for pushing tube amplifiers (that must be played loud not at bedroom levels kinda tube amp). BB Plus is very modern, has a grind to it that is great with solid state amps (without tubes getting in the way and adding color). Plus 2 channels at this cut price is kinda ridiculous.
