I found a japanese online store that sells the dd-7 for a relatively cheap price.
BOSS DD-7 Digital Delay

Convert to SGD it's $210. Anybody can assist in corresponding with them because I don't understand a word of japanese. Thanks.

its 800yen more than the link you pasted, but the price should be inclusive of Jap tax, so maybe it will be cheaper.
