Hey softies,

Just wondering if any of you have tried using DAWs, ie Cubase, Sonar, Pro Tools, Ableton Live on Windows 7 operating system (the evaluation copy). I'd love to hear reviews on that, be it positive or negative ones. I'm hoping to hear reviews from both 32bit and 64bit Windows 7 users. I'm in the middle of installing mine so I'll let you guys know how mine went when I'm through it.

Cheers...

I love using Acid Pro and Cubase SX 3. Very powerful software when properly utilized. Cubase has a a very in-depth editing options and can support quite a sufficient effects library once you do find ones that suit your needs.

My feeling is that all DAW software should work on Windows 7 since Windows 7 is still based on similar engine of Vista. But too dangerous to trial run anything on RC versions - too much effort to re-install again when retail version is out. I'll just wait till Windows 7 hit the shops before upgrading.
