Davis MAY bring in VHT amps! READ (for VHT lovers)

I emailed VHT about their amps and I got this reply from them! Cool huh.
Hops Davis really ships these amps in!


I am currently in discussion with a distributor to carry VHT amps in Singapore, hopefully they will join us soon. They should be able to get you all the cost information you need for the VHT Pittbull 50 CL and 100 CL.

I emailed Marcus Schefer sometime back and never got a reply after three tries :?
 
best to email Davis regarding that as VHT have said.

Expect it to be over 6k for a half stack, they are boutique amps, which explain the hesitation to bring them in. the prices I got from a french dealer made me give up, the shipping was crazy. Let's hope it becomes affordable now.
 
hmm too expensive? if there is a demand why not...

how many of us can afford it though, and the market probably won't last, once everyone gets theirs, it will be a few years before any big moves are made by new people.


but then, who knows?
 
I called Davis already. They quoted me

1. VHT PITBULL 50CL amp head - $3.6k.
2. VHT PITBULL 100CL amp head - 4K+
3. VHT cab, not sure which one - 1.8K

They bring in other models but I didn't enquire abt the pricing.

Please note that they will ship in only after your order is made.

you guys better do your research on the amp before splashin that kind of cash.
listening to clips is different from playing one. :?
the amp may not suit for everyone..
Higher price tag doesnt mean its good..
i would wait for davis to bring them in..and test them..

I heard they r stiff n dry type of tone..
