custom drum companies

hi i'm new here. (see self-intro forum)

posting to ask if any of you have ordered custom snares or kits from custom drum companies (eg Truth, SJC, Epiarch etc etc etc) in the US or Australia.

how much did you pay, and what was the experience in dealing with them?

or if you've ownself "zhng" your kit, tell me what you did to it

try check out the DIY section. Most custom drum companies at america uses keller maple/birch shells.... - which are cheap....

their finish makes them extremely expensive and also shipping will set u back easily 500 to 900 dolalrs.
