custom CNC wood cutting services for guitar neck

I've not heard of CNC machined custom necks made in Singapore.

Malaysia... there's this guy... I can't remember his website or name but he makes custom guitars out of asian woods. No CNC to my knowledge, more hand sanded and carved. Dodgy looking website but maybe he isn't dodgy - I dunno.

Why can't you purchase a neck that has the general properties you like - then carve/shave it down to the shape or size you prefer? Of course, get it done by a good luthier and its a very possible thing to do.

CNC is overrated : )
its only useful if you are going into mass production
or if you have a existing profile ( in code ) and you want to reproduce it again.

otherwise .. its prob easier to do what Shredcow said
just get a neck nearest to what you like and shave it down.

CNC is not overrated. it's a quick method of reproduction.

i need a left handed neck of telecaster spec. with a headstock like J5.

Yeap.

Get a similar neck and have it carved, headstock and profile.... its cheaper than a Warmoth or USACG (but might not be as high quality), seeing how there's no CNC available locally.
